Charleston Business Exchange is a nonprofit business community built around faith, service, and intentional connection. Members come together weekly to encourage one another, steward opportunities well, and use business as a way to live out Kingdom values in everyday life. Our purpose is bigger than referrals or transactions. We exist to grow in fellowship, strengthen one another, and create real impact in Charleston through meaningful relationships and collective generosity.

We believe growth happens through consistency and connection. Each gathering, meeting, and outreach is designed to encourage, equip, and make an impact that lasts.
We meet every Tuesday at 12 PM to connect, encourage one another, and stay rooted in purpose.
Members meet throughout the month to build real relationships and support each other with intention.
Our meetings shift between teaching, social lunches, and member highlights to keep things fresh and meaningful.
Membership dues are donated to a charitable cause selected by the group each year to bless our city.

Our Company Mission
The Charleston Business Exchange is dedicated to fostering a thriving and inclusive business community built on the principles of honesty and Integrity. We are committed to uniting diverse voices, empowering local entrepreneurs, and creating opportunities for all to prosper. Showing up and staying connected.
Consistency matters because trust is built through regular presence. Members are encouraged to attend at least three of the four monthly meetings to stay connected and visible. When travel or life happens, a month can be bought out & added to the charity fund.
Building meaningful relationships
Connection grows deeper outside the room, not just inside the weekly meeting. Members set intentional time to meet one-on-one to learn about each other’s strengths and goals. These conversations help build real relationships that translate into support and opportunity.
Giving first and creating opportunities
Giving first is what drives the group forward. Members aim to share at least two referrals per month, with more always welcomed when opportunity presents itself. Every referral given strengthens trust, visibility, and the impact of this group.
Leading with humility and honor.
Everything we do is guided by faith and backed by genuine respect for one another. Members honor differing views and keep conversations positive because culture matters as much as results. The goal is to maintain an atmosphere where integrity, humility, and kindness lead every interaction.
Measuring progress with intention.
Transparency allows us to measure what is working and what is growing. Members report their meetings, one-on-one connections, referrals, community involvement, and closed business so progress is understood clearly. Each month should total seven participation points or the optional $50 charity contribution.
Serving beyond the meeting room.
Impact should reach beyond our weekly gatherings. Members take part in at least one group outreach or service event each year and are encouraged to support causes they personally care about. Upcoming opportunities are shared regularly so everyone can stay engaged in meaningful ways

Only one person per profession can hold a seat to avoid overlap and conflict. This helps everyone find clarity on who they can refer and who they can trust in that space. It also protects your category so you are never competing with someone in the same field.
Membership is $1,000 dollars for the full year which secures your seat. This is a nonprofit so every dollar collected is given away at year end to the charity the group chooses. Your investment becomes impact not just access to the network.
You must visit at least three times to get a true feel for the culture in the room. After that you will meet with membership to confirm alignment and intentional fit. Approval ensures our group remains strong committed and values aligned.
Absolutely guests are welcome and invited to come experience the energy firsthand. Seeing a meeting in person is the best way to understand how people connect here. Guests can attend and get comfortable before deciding if they would like to pursue a seat.
Referrals are a top priority because giving first is part of what we believe in. We track closed business throughout the year because outcomes matter and impact can be measured. Our goal is to open doors for others and trust that generosity will naturally come back around.

Yes, leadership roles will be offered as the seats fill and the group matures. Certain members will have a chance to support structure systems and communication.These roles give people a deeper way to contribute and help move the mission forward.
